For Single name with in 8 to 12 letters choose ' SINGLE MEDIUM SIZE'
 
For Two names with in 7 letters choose 'DOUBLE SMALL SIZE'
For Two name with in 8 to 12 letters choose ' DOUBLE MEDIUM SIZE'
