SHIPPING
We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since our products are highly breakable, we have layers of packing so it reaches safely.
Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by us, Decography. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows -

DELIVERIES
All regular / non customised orders are dispatched within 3 business days from Mumbai and delivered within 5 to 7 business days of order confirmation by our team.
Once the order is dispatched you will receive an automated email of tracking and logistic partner details.
You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. If you have any landmark please provide that too. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. Incase the parcel isn't received by the 3rd attempt it will be returned to its us. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at connect@decography.co.in or at +919769967098 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it.
Point to note : if the parcel is returned due to wrong address or customer unavailability during all 3 attempts the reshipping charges will have to be bared by the customer.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit & credit cards.
In case you face any payment issues just select manual mode of payment at the checkout and our team will contact with in 24 hours you as you place the order.
Manual mode of payment allows Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank transfer / Paytm / Card payment is accepted. Please note Cash on Delivery is accepted on all eligible orders and eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won't be accepted.
