The beauty of a world map lies in its timeless appeal—it never goes out of fashion, and you’re never too old to appreciate it. Recently, we had the opportunity to create a large-scale world map for a kid's room, and it was an exciting project!
Saloni, a mother of two children aged 10 and up, reached out to us through Instagram with a unique request: a world map wall art for her kids' room.
In her words, "Today's kids know exactly what they want, and both of mine were certain—they wanted a magnetic world map where they could pin their photos."
While we’ve done a variety of world map designs, we had never tackled a magnetic world map of the size she envisioned. The challenge was both thrilling and a bit daunting! But we knew we had to create something that wasn’t just stunning but also lightweight, given that it would hang above the kids' bed.
With Saloni’s trust in our creativity, we developed this one-of-a-kind magnetic world map—super lightweight yet functional, allowing her kids to pin their favorite photos and travel memories with ease. It even comes with specially designed magnetic fittings for added flexibility.
